UniMac® at HOST - Fiera Milano exhibition center 2017

UniMac was present at the 40th edition of HOST in Milan for five days, Oct.20-24, 2017, in the Alliance Laundry Systems booth.

The show has established itself as the leader in the Ho.Re.Ca., food service, retail, mass distribution channel and hotel industries.

UniMac was proud to present a live demonstration of its total wet cleaning solution, offered by Alliance Laundry Systems, for the hospitality segment. This revolutionary system is a non-toxic, environmentally friendly alternative to traditional professional cleaning methods, including dry cleaning. It utilizes a specially developed washer, uses only biodegradable detergents and small amounts of water. Completing the solution are a wide range of spotting agents and special moisture-sensing dryers. In comparison to dry cleaning, our wet cleaning solution reduces chemical cost by up to 10 percent, cuts energy consumption up to 30 percent and increases production capacity up to 40 percent. Flexible and offering a 1-hour delivery service, this wet clean system increases guest satisfaction and saves space in the hotel laundry area.

UniMac also displayed our UW105 washer-extractor, which is designed to handle the toughest demands of the commercial environment. This hard-mount machine, with working capacity of 45 kg (105 lbs.), is equipped with cutting-edge technologies, such as the advanced UniLinc® control, OPTispray™ Rinsing Technology, 300 G-Force extraction. The results it delivers are maximum efficiency, greater throughput and more utility cost savings than ever before. The UW also is made with premium materials to ensure long-lasting quality, covered by five-year warranty.

We also showcased a virtual laundry room for the first time. Visitors had the opportunity to discover, in a virtual environment, how UniMac’s expertise leads to an efficient commercial laundry solution.

The UniMac team would like to thank those who visited our booth. If you were unable to attend the show, we hope to see you in two years at HOST 2019.
